How much does an MRI machine cost in 2026?
Ranges only, never a single figure: configuration, probes or detectors, software and condition move a system inside its range.

The figures are Medical Outfitters ranges for a system delivered, installed and warrantied. Headline prices published elsewhere are often for the equipment alone, before delivery, rigging, installation and current tariffs, so they read lower than a real all-in cost.
Because every figure is all-in and reflects 2026 costs, including current tariffs and freight, plan on the upper half of a range for a current-generation configuration. Every system is quoted individually.
