Not every used C-arm we can supply is listed on this page. Pre-owned inventory moves quickly, and much of it is sourced for a specific buyer: we locate a system that matches the model, configuration and budget you give us, inspect it, refurbish it under MO Select where it qualifies, and install it. If you do not see the model you want below, send us the specification and we will quote what is available. We also take trade-ins and buy outright; see sell or trade in used imaging equipment.
Full-size and mini C-arms
Full-size C-arms with 9 inch or 12 inch image intensifiers, or flat panel detectors, cover orthopedic, spine, pain management, urology and vascular procedures. What to check before buying a used C-arm
Ask for tube age and exposure history, image intensifier or flat panel condition with a sample image, generator power, software version and the installed options such as vascular or subtraction packages, and the service history. Check the mechanical condition of the C and the wheels, because a C-arm lives on the move. Medical Outfitters tests these points in Miami before a used C-arm is quoted.

Do you have used C-arms in stock?
C-arms are sourced for each buyer. Tell us the procedures, the detector size you need and the budget and we will quote what is available.
Image intensifier or flat panel?
Flat panel gives a larger, distortion-free field and lower dose, at a higher price. A tested image intensifier system remains a sound buy for routine orthopedic and pain work. We quote both when the procedures allow.
Can I rent a C-arm instead of buying?
Yes. We rent C-arms short and long term; our C-arm rental page explains the terms and how it works.
Do used C-arms come with a warranty?
Refurbished C-arms sold under MO Select carry a written warranty with the term stated in the quote. As-is used systems are sold with a function test only.
